Born and raised in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines, Elven grew up in poverty. He understood early on that if he wanted to change his life and uplift his family, he needed to work harder than anyone else. This became the foundation of his life’s journey—a journey of perseverance, transformation, and relentless self-improvement.
Right after college, he started as a humble hotel room attendant. Within just two years, his work ethic and passion led him to rise as a Front Desk Officer, earning recognition for excellence. His career later took him to Cebu City, where he continued as a Front Desk Officer and eventually transitioned into the world of sales as an Immigration Specialist. But success didn’t come instantly—his first five months in sales were marked by struggles, failures, and rejection. He was the lowest performer in the company and nearly gave up.
It was during this time that his first sales mentor, Paul Dumont, gave him a challenge that changed his destiny: “You can be the top producer someday.” Fueled by this belief, Elven committed himself to investing in personal growth, mastering sales, devouring every training, and applying every principle he could learn. The result? From being at the bottom, he rose to the very top. He not only became the company’s Top Producer but also earned the Hall of Fame Award for being the #1 sales performer for five consecutive years, along with back-to-back Employee of the Year Awards (2013 & 2014).
By the age of 30, Elven had earned his first million and had already begun training others in sales. He realized that his calling was not just to sell but to teach, inspire, and empower others to do the same. His hunger for growth led him to immerse himself in personal development, business education, and world-class sales training.
He continuously sharpened his skills and mindset by learning from some of the world’s most respected mentors and thought leaders, including T. Harv Eker, Blair Singer, Robert Kiyosaki, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Vishen Lakhiani, Mac Attram, Peng Joon, and many more. He became a certified trainer under the Blair Singer Training Academy and a graduate of T. Harv Eker’s Quantum Leap Program. He also served and crewed at international events like the Millionaire Mind Intensive (MMI), National Achievers Congress (NAC), and Guerrilla Business Intensive (GBI), and was personally trained by world-class leaders across the globe.
In October 2019, a milestone dream came true when Elven shared the stage at the National Achievers Congress Philippines with some of the world’s top speakers, including Matthew Hussey, Peng Joon, and Rajiv Talreja, speaking to thousands about the Millionaire Mind and the Psychology of Wealth.
In September 2023, he was officially recognized as the first Filipino world-class trainer of the Millionaire Mind Intensive (MMI) under Success Resources, with the help of Laurus Trainings—a global achievement that cemented his position as one of the best trainers in the world.
Today, Elven is the Founder and CEO of Elevate Results Training and Consulting, with a mission to help sales and business professionals increase their sales, grow their teams, and elevate their businesses. He has already trained and transformed the lives of over 50,000 sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders—not just in the Philippines, but in other countries as well.
